program of the 18^th Annual exhibition of computer and

information technologies  SofTool   

Location of the conference: Moscow, All-Russian Exhibition Center, Big conference hall.

IT development and application in all spheres of life and economics, transition to the information society caused the problem of interoperability and integration of IT-services. At the same time the concept of interoperability itself gets wider understanding: there is being implemented transition from the interaction on the level of protocols and applications to the interaction on the level of services, business-processes and functional tasks…

Objectives of the conference:

- Exchange of practical experience and views among the developers, suppliers of products and services, corporate users of Information Systems including customers of state Information Systems, achieving mutual understanding in the issues of providing interoperability, defining the tendencies and establishing cooperation.

- Discussion of the questions of development and providing harmonization of standards and technologies for electronic State, effective interaction of ministries, state institutions, business and citizenry.

- Familiarization of the conference participants with functioning and being developed international and national standards in the field of information technologies for various spheres of implementation.
